Nothing has happened. I called and talked to one of your personnel.
I told her the solution tank did not fit! She wanted a receipt for the Hoover model number FH53050. I want you to send me one that fits.
It's been four days now and I have not received any response. To say I am not happy would be an understatement!!!

Preferred solution: I have already told you in this message! I want one that fits or the cost to buy one. Look I bought it ten days or longer ago and haven’t been able to clean my carpets. I’m not satisfied with the NO response I’am receiving.

I was able to reach Hoover, this is the e-mail they use now if anyone needs it, socialsupport@***.com. I spoke to a really nice rep named Denise.
They were out of the replacement head so they are sending me a whole new vacuum. I changed my review score to reflect this and will increase it more once the vacuum has been received.
I contacted Hoover and waited to speak to someone for an hour. They did send replacements; they were nice enough once I finally reached them. 5 months later, the tube in the replacement head they sent me broke out of nowhere. Hoover is very, very hard to get a hold of - I can't stress this enough.
I tried emailing them on their support email, but days later, there was still no answer. The first time I called today, I waited 15 minutes just to have an automated message say no one is able to take my call and disconnect my call. You are supposed to be able to push one for a callback, but this wouldn't work. I tried calling again, the same thing happened.
There is also supposed to be live chat according to them on their website, but it's just AI. If you mess with it a bit, you can get directed to an agent, leave your email and someone is supposed to reach out.
Still, I was unable to reach them. Cheap product parts, not worth the new $600.00 cost at Canadian Tire (it's way cheaper on Hoover Canada site).

My initial experience with Customer Service wasn’t very nice at Walmart in Deptford to try and help me with my issue on a Hoover carpet steam cleaner. They just provided me with a Hoover E-mail To go online with The Hoover company to helpMe with an Issue with their product.
Hoover is very fortunate to have professional people that were very nice, polite and patient and tried to rectify my problem. They were very helpful by providing me with the right E-mail to get in touch with the professionals who specialize in this specific problem with Hoover merchandise. It was really Walmarts negligence in not properly printing the return policy on the back of receipts like most of your stores address you with, so not to inconvenience the customers, as I was today. As for the Hoover employees, very professional, great PR on knowing how to interact and communicate with people.

I purchased a high-performance swivel pet vacuum cleaner in July 2023. I had the vacuum for three months when the bottom plate broke off.
I tried for three days to contact them, but each time the message was that they were closed even though it was well within their hours of operation. I finally received a response from them and was told to go to the closest Hoover repair shop. I received a new vacuum cleaner and 4 months later, the bottom plate broke off again! I called them again (another two days of trying) and they sent a replacement.
I tried to use the vacuum a few days after receiving the replacement, and this time the brush would not work. Following the printed instructions, I removed the plate holding the brush and found that the belt was not attached and was ripped. This is my third vacuum! I'm trying to call them again, experiencing the same issue trying to contact them.
They have so far refused to give me my money back despite this being the third broken product from them. Do not purchase from this company.

Shampooer don’t work
Got this from Amazon brand new. When I tried to use the thing it doesn't work the soap dispenser does not work the switch mechanism does not allow the cleaner to run out at all.Don't buy this company doesn't respond.

I had only used it once to clean a small area of carpet. Today, I took it out.
It appears the clean water tank has an issue. It leaks water after filling it up. Then, no water comes out after it's on the vacuum.
The motor and vacuum work; just no water is dispensed. Very stressful.

Purchased a carpet cleaner at Christmas for my wife unboxed it this July to do carpets. The corner of the box was crushed and when we took it out, it had a broken top on it.
After contacting customer service, nothing has happened. Their customer service basically doesnt exist.
Impossible to contact them on there phone lines or emails. Just a waste of time.

My Hoover clean slate carpet and upholstery spot cleaner needs repaired . I purchased 9/23/23.
and I've been trying to connect with you guys for way over a month. I sent an email but it went to Hoover in the UK so they sent it back and said to send it to Hoover in the US.
My receipt just Grew legs and walked off. I have it put cant seem to locate it at the moment it was folded up with the other papers I send give me a minute please, I might have to print another one!

I purchased a Hoover Smart wash via target on 4/19/24.I called myself upgrading from my "Bissell" which I have owned many.In July the machine stopped working. After trying every trouble shooting technique including Hoover video's I could not get it to work.I tried on mutiple occassions to get Hoover via phone, waiting on hold for as long as 45 minutes w/o success.I finally went online and registered my product and completed the required form.
Hoping this bad machine was a on-off problem I asked them to upgrade to the higher level pet carpet cleaner. Several days later I received an email asking me to go thru the trouble shooting process again and to video tape the process and send it to them. I'm 70 yrs old live alone and it was not an easy task. I submitted the video's.
Now they require more including providing my address,phone number, proof of purchase, (which they have as part of my product registration), they also want evidence that the power cord is cut, as well as wanting me to remove the sticker and send them pictures of everything. If they want the broken machine back i am happy to send it to them if they send me postage. Its just taking up unnecessary space in my garage. I am weary of having to do their work for them.
Why am I being forced to jump thru all these hoops for a machine that is literally less than 6 months old and still under warranty. I want a new machine perferably the upgraded model (for which I am willing to pay the difference) or a refund.
It's now been over a month that I have not had a carpet cleaner and with rescue pets that can be problematic. Please help

Called multiple times via 2 or 3 different numbers listed for customer service. Most said they were "closed" even though I called during their normal business hours.
Finally tried the "purchase" option and was put on hold.
Gave up after 30 minutes with no one coming on the line. Other phone prompts said to go to the website to access their CHAT feature to get help, but that was also a dead end with the chat being ended after I told it I needed "other help!" This company's customer service is NON-EXISTENT and I will NEVER EVER buy another one of their products!!!

Pissed off. I got this vacuum as a gift not even a month ago.
I have only used it twice, and the clip broke.
I called to have it replaced, and they told me since I don't have a receipt, they won't do anything. It was a gift; I don't have the receipt!
Preferred solution: The replacement of the part that broke.. which in this case would be the dirt cup canister

Manufacturer defects machine is not even five months old. I want my product replaced as soon as possible.
